Terms of Use for RMind

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RMind AI-powered application and services ("RMind", "we", "us", "our"), a service provided by Rozinet s.r.o. for processing and understanding documents. By accessing or using RMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using RMind, you affirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using RMind on behalf of an organization (e.g., your employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

RMind provides AI-powered tools designed to process, analyze, and extract information from documents and data you provide ("Your Content"). The services are offered on a subscription basis as detailed in your selected service plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered services may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You must evaluate the accuracy of any output as appropriate for your use case. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided by RMind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
